Here on Watkins Farm we grow organic Covington and organic Garnet sweet potatoes. It’s vibrant orange color, the sweetest flavor, variety of sizes and health benefits make it the perfect “Super Food.” Each one of our potatoes is grown and harvested right here in Oxford, NC. As a produce grower, packer and shipper we take pride in the ownership of every step of the process. This allows us to have 100% traceability on our products and produce. If you’re ever interested in knowing exactly where your produce came from? No problem we can tell you exactly what field and when it was harvested.
