Join Farm Aid at Boston Pickle Fair on Saturday June 23!

by Caroline Malcolm Fiore

Farm Aid is honored to have been selected as the 2018 Boston Pickle Fair non-profit partner and is so grateful for their generous support of our work. We are excited to celebrate all things fermented – and to take attendees on a good food journey from seed to pickle!

Farm Aid will be leading demonstrations of DIY seed packet origami, sharing seeds of seasonal crops that can be transformed into delicious pickles year-round, and providing a recipe for an easy, quick pickle brine that can be used on all the fruits and veggies in your garden. We hope you’ll join us in taking the Farm Aid Pickle Pledge!

Limited tickets for Boston Pickle Fair will be available at the door at the Innovation and Design Building in Boston, MA. If you can’t make it to the Boston Pickle Fair in person, join us in making a big dill out of pickles by taking the pickle pledge, downloading our recipe card and whipping up a batch of fresh pickles from your favorite fruits and veggies in your garden, or from your local family farmers.
