With Thanksgiving in a few days, we’re giving thanks to farmers and ranchers who bring us good food, and all of the people working to create a just and fair food system.
Grace Potter is grateful for family farmers, knowing they’re essential to our food system and communities. When she’s cooking — and dancing around— in her kitchen, she makes sure to give thanks to farmers. One of her favorite recipes is a sweet and spicy acorn squash.
