If you are looking to register for media credentials to Farm Aid 30, please contact Brittany Vanderpool at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 410-599-2323. Online credentialing is now closed, however, press credentials can be obtained onsite the day of the event for $35.00. Please proceed to the media check-in tent located by the main entrance to FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island to pick-up all media credentials.
Farm Aid-issued credentials are required for all media attending the concert and will only be distributed to professional media and photographers. Credentials may only be picked up on-site the morning of the concert with photo ID. Freelance media and photographers must specify their outlet affiliation and/or the name of the outlet(s) they are representing at the time of request. Photographers must also submit proof of an assignment with said affiliation in writing via email to Brittany Vanderpool at email@example.com.
Friends and family of credentialed media are not eligible for media credentials. Tickets may be purchased through the LiveNation website. Media credentials allow access to the news conference and the designated media area at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island. If you purchased a ticket for the concert, you may enter and exit the designated media area as often as needed to meet with friends and family at the show. If you choose to buy a ticketed seat for the concert, your $30 credentialing fee will be waived. Please do not fill out the form below if you have a ticket, instead, please contact Brittany Vanderpool directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your credential request.
Photographers will receive special photo credentials for access to a rotating photo pit at the front of the stage and a photographer-only area near the soundboard. Photographers will be allowed to shoot from both locations and will be rotated in groups to the photo pit at the stage to allow equal access to stage shots. To receive photo credentials, all freelance photographers must submit a written assignment from a professional media outlet prior to arrival on show day. Photographers without a prior assignment will not be issued photo credentials. Only professional photographers with professional equipment and previously approved assignments will be allowed on-site. For a list of equipment specifications, please refer to the Farm Aid 30 Media Policies (PDF). If you arrive at the venue on the day of the concert and are not affiliated with a professional media outlet and/or do not have professional equipment, credentials will not be issued and a refund will not be credited. Broadcast camera crews are not allowed in the photo pit and do not need photo credentials (but they do need broadcast credentials).
Credentials will not be sent in advance. They can be picked up at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island on Saturday, September 19. Time and location will be communicated closer to the concert date.
Food vouchers. All media will receive a food voucher along with their credentials on Saturday, September 19. The voucher can be redeemed for HOMEGROWN Concessions®. Water will be available in the photo pit and the press tent for reporters.
Please complete one form per credential request. Please complete only one photographer request per outlet. If more than one request is received, Farm Aid staff will select which representative receives a photo credential.
