Why Farm Aid doesn’t support the Farm, Food, and National Security Act

Hank (they/them) is Farm Aid's Policy and Advocacy Manager. Hank has worked as an agricultural technical specialist and a farmer throughout the Northeast and MidAtlantic since 2014. A self-described "policy geek," Hank is excited about the potential for policy to be used as a tool to improve our agricultural system and how grassroots advocacy efforts can affect change. They hold an M.S. from Tufts University in Agricultural Science and Food Policy. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time in the wilder parts of New England and growing and cooking good food.
