Farmer Resource Network National Partners

Farm Aid's partnerships with the National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service (ATTRA), the Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) and Rodale Institute make the Farmer Resource Network even stronger.

ATTRA, the National Sustainable Agriculture Information Service, provides answers to farmers, ranchers, educators, and farm organizations that have questions about sustainable agriculture practices.

Information is available through:

  • Over 300 unique publications on sustainable agriculture techniques, including organic certification, raising grass fed beef, starting a farmers' market, reducing farm energy costs, among other topics.
  • A sustainable agriculture helpline open 12 hours per day Monday through Friday. Available in both English and Spanish.
  • Expert speakers who present at national and regional conferences and workshops.

The Organic Farming Research Foundation is dedicated to the improvement and widespread adoption of organic farming systems. Our focus is on family farmers growing organically. OFRF funds on-farm research, provides educational materials on production methods, and supports the Organic Farming Action Network aimed at gaining federal and state policy to grow the organic farming community.
