We all depend on good food and good food depends on us. Do your part to ensure family farm food is available for you, your family, and your community.

• Be an active food shopper — Ask for family farm food wherever you eat
• Ensure that your dollars support family farmers — Buy direct from farmers
• Get to know a family farmer — Meet the source of your food
• Bring food and farm issues to your community — Share good food with your neighbors
• Strengthen local support for farmers — Bring good food to schools and other institutions
• Get involved in grassroots efforts to save family farmers — Get connected in your community
• Demand democracy in our food system — Use your vote, not just your dollar, to support good food
