Farm Aid Ticketing User Agreement

Farm Aid, Inc. has the right to change these Terms at any time, which shall be effective as to any transaction made following the posting of the change on the site.

Sales and Refunds

All Sales Are Final. Tickets and FARM AID Web memberships can only be purchased on the web with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card. Your $40 FARM AID membership fee is a donation to FARM AID and is not refundable if you do not get tickets. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase tickets for the 2010 show. There are a limited number of tickets available for pre-sale, and offers are subject to availability, on a first-come, first-served, best available basis. If the event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. We will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by you in the ordering process (you must provide a valid e-mail address with your order). Before traveling to the show, please confirm the show with the venue. Refunds due to cancellation or unforeseen facility closure will be issued automatically in the amount of the face value of the tickets. In the event of cancellation or unforeseen facility closure, convenience, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded in order to cover the costs already incurred by Farm Aid, Inc.

Order Delivery

Shipped orders are usually sent approximately three weeks before the show. If any shipped orders are re-routed after they have been sent, there may be an additional fee. Tickets will be sent requiring a signature of receipt by the USPS before they can be delivered. If you are not there to sign for the tickets, you can pick them up at your post office.

Re-Selling

Tickets purchased through this site are intended for personal use. We strictly prohibit the resale of any tickets obtained through this site for more than the purchase price. If you are found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets that you purchased through this site for profit, we may at our sole discretion cancel your ticket order and all other pending orders in your name or put all orders and all other pending orders in your name at will-call for pick-up. In the event the tickets are cancelled, a refund of the total face value of the tickets minus any shipping or processing fees that have been incurred with respect to the order will be issued to the card used to place the order. We reserve the right to investigate all orders suspected to be in violation of this policy. We are the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
